Sales Manager – Religious Tourism (Hajj & Umrah)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Religious Tourism division, focusing on Hajj and Umrah programmes. The role involves shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth and coordinating with Operations, Marketing and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience. The position is based on‑site in El Sheikh Zayed City and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Religious Tourism sales team to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Hajj and Umrah programmes.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, conversion rates and produce regular reports for senior management.
• Prepare sales plans, revenue forecasts, market analyses and performance dashboards.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, travel agents, key accounts, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Recruit, coach, motivate and develop sales team members.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, agents and partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure accurate use of CRM, reservation, booking and sales reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 5–8 years of tourism sales experience, including strong Hajj and Umrah sales background.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing revenue growth plans.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Residence in or near El Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City or Giza preferred.
