About the role
Frontier Academy is looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive learner acquisition and support program operations. You will engage prospective students, explain our training offerings, and guide them through registration and payment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and manage leads from the provided list.
- Call and follow up with potential learners, answering program questions.
- Explain program details and guide interested candidates through registration and payment.
- Meet defined conversion targets.
- Coordinate program schedules between learners and instructors.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operational flow.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or coordination (training/education sales is a plus).
- Background in business or finance.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
- Self‑driven and motivated to achieve results.
