Sales Representative

About the role

Bowline is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join its Cairo store. You will be the face of the brand, helping fashion‑forward customers discover and purchase pieces that match their style while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized styling advice.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and assist with stock replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help refine product and service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
• Interest in fashion and a good understanding of Bowline’s brand identity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion sales experience is preferred.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
