About the role
The company is seeking a Sales Specialist to supervise a team of up to eight salesmen, ensuring optimal service levels, product distribution and display across assigned outlets in the 6th of October area.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date route plans and ensure accurate customer data.
- Order the correct volume and mix of products to meet outlet needs and company stock standards.
- Control wastage across all routes and outlets under supervision.
- Implement company strategies, achieve distribution targets and meet monthly sales and wastage goals.
- Conduct at least two market “work withs” per salesman each month.
- Ensure proper product visibility, display standards and daily reconciliation of van stocks and cash.
Required profile
- Strong leadership ability to motivate a sales team.
- Experience in pipes and fittings (PVC, Polyethylene, PPR).
