About the role
The Store Manager will lead the store to achieve sales targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to increase customer pool, store traffic and profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
- Lead store events, marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Plan staff schedules and manage labor productivity effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably from a faculty of commerce.
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion retail management, with proven success as a retail Store Manager.
- Strong leadership, customer management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
