SAP Basis Consultant – Digital Customer Engagement Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our Digital Customer Engagement team. The role is fully remote within Egypt and focuses on guiding RISE customers through SAP landscape design, migration and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP RISE customers, understanding their landscape requirements and providing technical guidance.
• Facilitate solution design, migration, upgrade and cloud integration projects in collaboration with TechOps and other SAP teams.
• Support sales‑to‑delivery handover, onboarding and transition to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Participate in internal CoE rotations (Migrations, Upgrades, Escalations, Go‑Live) and engage with multiple customers across industries.
• Present assessments, answer technical queries and ensure customers receive accurate information on SAP landscape health.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Basis.
• At least 2 years of cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and exposure to solution management or delivery.
• Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA applications and HANA database.
• Proven experience with SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) projects.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English communication skills.
