SAP Fiori Associate Manager – Lead Projects & Teams

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fiori Associate Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of SAP Fiori applications. You will manage project lifecycles, mentor a team of developers, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP Fiori projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end‑users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway.
• Ensure seamless integration of Fiori apps with SAP backend systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP Fiori developers, conducting performance reviews and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, managing risks and issues.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high quality and performance.
• Stay current with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP Fiori development and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead SAP Fiori projects and development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• SAP Fiori certification is a plus.
