About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for motivated fresh graduates to join its IBM‑SAP Academy – Tax & Revenue Management track. This graduate program builds foundational and practical knowledge in SAP Tax and Revenue Management solutions, preparing you to support public‑sector and enterprise clients in managing tax, revenue, and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in implementing SAP Tax & Revenue Management solutions for client projects.
• Participate in system configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Support data migration, reporting, and compliance reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with broader SAP and IBM technology landscapes.
• Continuously learn and apply SAP best practices in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
• Strong interest in SAP systems, tax, revenue, and public‑sector processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a consulting setting.
