SAP HANA Finance Consultant – Graduate Program

About the role

IBM Consulting is looking for motivated fresh graduates to join the IBM‑SAP Academy – Tax & Revenue Management track. You will develop foundational knowledge in SAP Tax and Revenue Management solutions and support public‑sector and enterprise clients in managing tax, revenue and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and hands‑on SAP system exposure.
• Assist senior consultants on SAP Tax & Revenue Management projects.
• Support clients in configuring and optimizing tax and revenue processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver consulting services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, MIS or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong interest in SAP systems, tax, revenue and public‑sector processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
