SAP MM Manager – Procurement & Inventory Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP MM Manager to lead procurement and inventory transformation initiatives. This role demands deep functional expertise in SAP MM, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects across global landscapes. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure process excellence, and mentor a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM strategy, design, and delivery across implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory management, valuation, and logistics processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams (FI, SD, PP, WM, Ariba) to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation aligned with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and associates.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on SAP MM experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration, business process design and integration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT or related fields.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team‑leadership skills.

Required skills

• SAP MM configuration and optimisation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
• Integration knowledge across SAP FI, SD, PP, WM and Ariba.
• Enterprise integration and implementation support.
