SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to support and optimise our SAP landscape within a healthcare environment. You will work closely with clinical, finance, HR and supply‑chain stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from clinical, finance, HR and supply‑chain areas.
• Configure and customise SAP modules (FICO, MM/SCM, SuccessFactors/HCM, IS‑H) to meet those requirements.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and produce functional design specifications.
• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for RICEFW developments.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation activities: blueprint, realisation, testing, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Configure Finance & Controlling, Procure‑to‑Pay, inventory, SAP SuccessFactors and IS‑H patient‑management processes.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration and UAT testing; maintain functional documentation and SOPs.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, manage change requests and conduct end‑user training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on SAP functional consulting experience, including at least one full‑cycle implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and cross‑module integration.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
