SAP S/4HANA Service/CS Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

Pwc is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP advisory practice, focusing on S/4HANA Service and Customer Service (CS) solutions. You will work with clients to analyse business requirements, design and implement SAP solutions, and ensure successful adoption through training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA Service/CS configurations.
• Design, configure, and test SAP solutions to optimise operational efficiency.
• Deliver training sessions and post‑implementation support to ensure seamless integration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex business challenges.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with proven consulting experience.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and navigate ambiguous situations.
