SAP SAC Analytics Teamlead

About the role

We are looking for a SAP SAC Analytics Teamlead to design, build and configure SAP Analytics Cloud solutions that meet complex business processes. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, guide a team of developers and collaborate with multiple functional groups to deliver high‑quality analytics applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure SAP Analytics Cloud applications and related SAP BTP/Datasphere components.
• Lead a team of developers, make technical decisions and mentor junior members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing, validation and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
• Stay current with SAP and analytics trends, proposing improvements and innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Datasphere and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Experience in retail environments, including O2C, P2P and R2R processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead teams and manage scope and resources.
