HOOH Creative Agency is seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Specialist to drive organic growth for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role blends deep technical analysis with strategic planning to improve visibility, traffic, and ROI across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies aligned with broader digital marketing goals.
• Conduct manual technical audits of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to identify crawlability and indexing issues.
• Perform advanced keyword research and map keywords to user intent.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize site architecture, internal linking, and on‑page elements.
• Design and implement sophisticated link‑building and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, providing detailed attribution and trend analysis.
• Track competitor tactics, keyword gaps, and industry shifts.
• Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Produce regular performance reports highlighting KPI progress and organic ROI.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
• Comfortable reading and troubleshooting HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Expertise in GA4, Google Search Console, and advanced data manipulation in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of search intent and content strategy.
