About the role

We are seeking an experienced Secondary School Principal to lead the American Section of New Town School in Sohag, Egypt. The principal will oversee academic programs, staff, and student development, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality education aligned with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the secondary level, particularly the American curriculum.
• Manage teachers and administrative staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile
