Security Change Process Owner

About the role

The Security Change Process Owner will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Change Enablement process within Orange Business’s MSS Engine. Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, the role ensures that changes are handled consistently, efficiently and with measurable value for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the Change Enablement governance model across MSS Engine.
• Translate process requirements into operational procedures, controls, SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor and report on Change performance metrics, identifying systemic issues and driving improvements.
• Ensure alignment between Change Enablement and related processes such as Incident and Problem Management.
• Act as the single point of contact and spokesperson for Change Enablement within MSS Engine.
• Collaborate closely with Incident and Problem Process Owners and operational managers to maintain process adherence and service quality.
• Mentor junior staff, trainees and apprentices as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT change processes or similar governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the central spokesperson for Change Enablement.
• Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
