Security Officer – Hotel Safety & Guest Services

About the role

As a Security Officer at Hilton, you will be the first line of defense ensuring the safety of guests, staff and the property. You’ll combine vigilant patrols with a warm, hospitality‑focused attitude to create a secure and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the hotel to identify and mitigate safety and security risks.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, safety hazards and security threats.
• Assist in preliminary investigations of incidents, gather information, document findings and prepare accurate security reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and logs of security activities and incidents.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, answering inquiries and addressing concerns with professionalism.
