Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will act as the primary liaison between the Line 1 Security Department and external security providers. This role ensures that on‑site security personnel follow established procedures, maintain high performance standards, and respond effectively to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Report to Line 1 Security Management and coordinate daily security operations.
• Manage, control, and inspect on‑site security manpower.
• Communicate security instructions and direct implementation of operative procedures.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training and teach SOP application.
• Monitor performance, appearance, and attendance of security staff; report issues.
• Submit daily shift reports covering attendance, lights, fences, and other relevant items.
• Maintain accurate documentation in all security logbooks.
• Organise deployment of security personnel according to site updates and work activities.
• Report security breaches, incidents, and conduct investigation reports.
• Collect data required for legal processes or regulatory compliance.
• Assist expatriate and local employees during emergencies or accidents.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Line 1 Security Management or the Security Director.

Required profile

• Any graduation certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security supervision or a related field.
