SEM Manager – Paid Search Lead

About the role

Easygenerator is looking for an experienced SEM Manager to own and scale its paid search program across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will drive growth by turning data into pipeline and revenue for our award‑winning e‑learning authoring tool.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search strategy on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping.
• Run multilingual campaigns across multiple markets and use AI‑driven tools such as Smart Bidding, scripts, and LLMs to expand keywords and test ad copy.
• Implement value‑based bidding by linking ad accounts to the CRM for pipeline‑focused optimization.
• Own conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, server‑side tracking and attribution models.
• Manage landing‑page CRO, conduct A/B tests, and create an ongoing optimization roadmap.
• Forecast budget, monitor spend, and build dashboards that translate CAC, CPL, ROAS and pipeline data into clear insights.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor tracking to stay ahead of market trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEM experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS scale‑up.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale Google Ads campaigns; Microsoft Ads experience a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Looker Studio, SQL or advanced spreadsheet modelling.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and value‑based bidding.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language a plus.
