About the role
The Senior Account Manager will lead the management of complex French B2B client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and meeting operational needs. You will act as the single point of contact for client customers, driving renewals, expansions, and service conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of client customers, renewing and expanding service contracts.
- Identify opportunities, propose solutions, and convert customers to new services where applicable.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and manage external competitive pressures.
- Achieve revenue‑based quotas and monthly sales targets.
- Use data to diagnose concerns, influence buying decisions, and support the renewal process.
- Negotiate in challenging situations and develop contingency plans for identified risks.
- Build relationships with decision‑makers at all levels across multiple partners.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with a cross‑functional team.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing B2B accounts in a senior capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Ability to identify risks, develop contingency plans, and seize upsell opportunities.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
