About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the delivery of events and projects for our agency. The role combines strategic thinking, project coordination, and a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, ensuring all internal requirements are met.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and on‑site event execution as needed.
- Develop creative ideas and strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
- Monitor budgets, track scope, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters.
- Identify upselling and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle client communication, feedback, reporting, and final evaluations.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Required profile
- Previous agency experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in account management.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
