Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Senior Account Manager to join our digital marketing team. Based onsite in El Sheikh Zayed, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal creative, content, and media teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day‑to‑day communications and expectations.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams and monitor progress.
• Prepare and present monthly content calendars, performance reports, and strategic updates.
• Ensure all deliverables align with approved strategies, brand guidelines, and timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, collaborate on optimisations, and report on key KPIs.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships to drive client retention and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience reviewing reports and KPIs.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment.
