Senior Account Receivable Accountant

About the role

The Senior Account Receivable Accountant will ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments from customers. Working on a night shift, you will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and support month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and send accurate customer invoices promptly.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via email and phone.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments against invoices and customer accounts.
• Maintain aging reports and customer statements.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and account issues.
• Communicate billing and payment matters with internal departments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare basic accounts‑receivable reports for management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (internships acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
