Senior Accountant

About the role

Cloudors, a fast‑growing Oracle Cloud consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant who will not only manage the company’s books but also oversee day‑to‑day administration and operations. This hands‑on, backbone position supports finance, HR, facilities and compliance across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping, bank, cash and card reconciliations, and ensure a clean month‑end close.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and schedules; manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Support payroll processing, tax filings (VAT, salary tax, withholding, corporate) and coordinate with external audit/tax advisors.
• Handle government, legal and administrative paperwork, including work‑visa and residency processes.
• Oversee procurement, supplier relationships, office facilities, supplies, utilities and travel logistics.
• Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding paperwork and employee insurance.
• Protect company documents, assets and access while continuously improving finance and admin workflows using modern and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably combined with office administration or operations duties.
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax and statutory requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP or similar).
