Senior ACM Operationist – Agency & Community Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior ACM Operationist to drive agency and community growth within our live‑streaming platform. You will act as the main liaison between agencies, hosts, and key users, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with agencies, hosts, and key users.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new hosts and agencies to expand platform presence.
• Identify and attract new users, hosts, and agencies to fuel growth.
• Provide communication support to guilds and streamers, handling problems and emergencies calmly.
• Understand preferences of Middle Eastern guild leaders, streamers, and supporters.
• Monitor agency and host performance, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Organise online events, campaigns, and community activities.
• Deliver training, guidance, and operational support to improve engagement and retention.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.
• Build and maintain active communities while ensuring a positive user experience.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in ACM, user operations, community management, or agency management.
• Background in live streaming, voice rooms, social apps, gaming, or creator platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in user acquisition, host recruitment, or agency hunting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual gifting ecosystems and creator monetisation models.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
