Senior Architect – Lead Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design initiatives and manage project delivery across complex construction projects. The role involves guiding a team of architects, ensuring high‑quality design output, and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design activities from concept through project completion.
• Mentor and support a team of architects, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor design quality and implement quality control measures across all project phases.
• Conduct design reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate effective coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Act as the primary liaison between the architectural team and other departments to support effective communication and teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience.
• Previous experience in the Construction industry.
• Prior experience in Healthcare Projects is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other industry‑standard architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
