Senior Architect Lead

About the role

The Senior Architect Lead will oversee the architectural design process, ensure quality control, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate project documents for in‑house quality control.
• Monitor drawings to ensure compliance with SDC systems, cost control, and technical quality.
• Prepare a complete coordinated final set of architectural drawings.
• Review and coordinate all departmental drawings.
• Communicate with the SDC Jeddah team and provide information to the Cairo project manager.
• Report to the Project Manager on architectural work, technical variations, and schedule impacts.
• Assign, mentor, and evaluate the architectural team, suggesting training programs as needed.
• Act as Project Manager in the absence of the designated manager.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; Revit is a plus.
• Familiarity with presentation and animation software and MS Office packages.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to transfer knowledge, develop technical details, and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
• Professional interpersonal skills for interaction at all levels.
