About the Position

Join ARX as a Senior Architectural Design Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping high-end architectural solutions. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional interior and exterior design concepts, transforming visionary ideas into functional, aesthetic, and constructible realities for diverse projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and translate them into clear, creative, and buildable design proposals.
• Prepare comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, concept diagrams, sketches, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and development packages for both interior and exterior scopes.
• Conduct site analyses, zoning studies, and spatial planning to optimize project potential.
• Select high-quality materials, finishes, and architectural details that align with the project's vision.
• Ensure all designs strictly comply with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical integration and design consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on residential or mixed-use projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex design processes from concept to technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for site and zoning studies.
• Must be willing to relocate to New Damietta.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Expertise in architectural visualization and 3D modeling.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, material properties, and architectural detailing.
• Strong collaborative skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
