About the role
We are looking for a Senior Architectural Design Engineer to join a design team focused on residential and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will lead the creation of detailed architectural drawings and design concepts, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural drawings and design documentation for residential and hotel projects.
- Produce conceptual and detailed design solutions that comply with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and interior designers.
- Coordinate BIM models and ensure accurate information exchange across project stakeholders.
- Review and validate design deliverables for compliance with hospitality and residential design guidelines.
Required profile
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proven track record on residential and hotel projects.
- Strong understanding of design standards specific to hospitality and residential sectors.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.
