About the role
Avelabs, an Arrow Company, is looking for a Senior Automotive Software Engineer to join its engineering team in Cairo. The role focuses on AUTOSAR integration, embedded software design, and delivering high‑quality automotive solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design embedded software for automotive applications.
- Develop and integrate AUTOSAR platforms with customer applications, including configuration of basic software components.
- Design complete software architecture and develop application software components.
- Provide technical communication, consultancy, and support to customers.
- Coach team members, deliver training, and improve engineering processes for efficiency and quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive embedded systems.
- University degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO26262 and ASPICE.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- AUTOSAR configuration and integration.
- Embedded C programming.
- Deep understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).
- Experience with multicore embedded platforms (optional).
