Missions principales

• Lead the full lifecycle of backend services, including API design, data modeling, and production deployment on modern container platforms.
• Orchestrate complex LLM (Large Language Model) workflows to power intelligent automation within the system.
• Define and uphold high engineering quality standards and shape the integration of AI coding agents within the development team.
• Ensure robust code security by strictly applying OWASP Top 10 principles and participating in threat modeling.
• Drive technical excellence through rigorous code reviews, design reviews, and incident management in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's technical knowledge through high-quality technical writing.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer with a track record of delivering scalable, production-ready services.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex backend architectures and APIs.
• Experience or deep interest in integrating LLMs and AI agents into software products.
• A security-first mindset with practical knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and threat modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for mentoring and technical documentation.
