About the role
The Senior Bilingual Telesales position is a full‑time hybrid role based in Sheikh Zayed City, offering some flexibility to work from home. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, present product offerings, and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and explain promotions.
- Process orders, update customer records, and prepare brief call reports.
- Meet sales targets and collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, and support junior team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B/telesales experience.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation and closing abilities.
- International/FMCG experience is a plus.
