Tele Sales Manager – OnStar Services

About the role

The Tele Sales Manager will lead a team of Tele Sales Advisors delivering sales, revenue and customer experience targets for OnStar in the Middle East contact centre. This onsite role combines people leadership with a player‑coach element, requiring the manager to handle a limited volume of sales calls to stay close to customers and coach the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Tele Sales Advisors selling OnStar and GM services, owning team sales and revenue performance metrics such as conversion rate, ARPU and attach rate.
• Handle a regular volume of inbound and outbound sales calls to model best‑practice consultative selling and support the team during peak periods.
• Analyze sales funnels, conduct call monitoring and quality assessments, and partner with Training/QA to close skill gaps.
• Manage daily staffing, schedules and real‑time adjustments to meet service level and sales targets, and coordinate with Workforce Management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation in CRM/OneCRM, compliance with data‑privacy and PCI requirements, and balance sales objectives with a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7‑10 years of telesales/contact‑center experience, including at least 2 years in a manager or supervisor role.
• Proven track record of achieving B2C sales and revenue targets, preferably in automotive, telecom or subscription‑based businesses.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience working in the Middle East market and familiarity with cultural nuances.
