Senior BIM Engineer – Architecture

About the role

Atrium Quality Contractors is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer (Architecture) to lead the creation, coordination and management of architectural BIM models for its large‑scale projects in Madinaty. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering accurate, constructible models that meet project standards and support efficient construction planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review construction drawings and documentation derived from BIM models.
• Coordinate with structural, civil and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure integrated models.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers and consultants on planning, sequencing and execution.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and drive continuous process improvement.
• Support the adoption of new digital tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field; BIM certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience on large‑scale or complex building projects, especially in commercial, hospitality, healthcare or mixed‑use sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural design and coordination.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience using Navisworks for clash detection.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar cloud collaboration platforms.
• Creation of high‑quality construction drawings and documentation.
