Senior BIM Facade Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BIM Facade Engineer to join CPC’s construction team in Maadi, Cairo. The role focuses on creating and managing BIM models for façade projects, ensuring high‑quality documentation and timely delivery. You will work closely with architects, structural engineers and contractors to integrate BIM data across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain BIM models for aluminium façade systems.
• Produce shop drawings, 3‑D models and detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct clash detection and verify model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain model libraries and ensure compliance with company BIM standards.
• Update models promptly in response to design changes and client feedback.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and project management teams to meet schedule and quality targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the aluminium/façade industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and façade engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, Rino and Navisworks.
• Good command of AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
