About the role

The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer will lead the technical office activities for mechanical systems, covering HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. The role ensures design accuracy, quantity surveying, material submittals, and shop drawing preparation while coordinating with all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical office tasks related to mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Conduct design reviews, quantity surveying, material submittals, and produce shop drawings.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to support successful project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in mechanical technical office work within construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quantity surveying.
• Experience preparing shop drawings.
