Senior Brand Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the growth and long‑term success of Cairo 3A Group’s flagship consumer brand, Shahd Chicken, across Egypt. You will turn deep consumer insights into impactful strategies, innovations, and marketing experiences that strengthen brand equity and drive market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Shahd brand strategy, aligning with market dynamics and business growth ambitions.
• Own end‑to‑end brand performance, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing, product mix, and marketing investment.
• Drive the innovation pipeline and product expansion for fresh, frozen, and ready‑to‑cook lines.
• Lead the creation and execution of insight‑led, locally relevant, scalable, and digitally impactful campaigns.
• Translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable plans with trade marketing and market research teams.
• Monitor market performance, share trends, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Plant operations to ensure superior product quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams for strong in‑market execution and successful product launches.

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in brand management within FMCG or food sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate insights into business‑driving actions.
