Senior Brand Manager – Regional Brands

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development of the regional brands Picon, Regal Picon and Les Enfants across the NM&E cluster in Egypt. The role will drive category growth, strengthen brand equity and oversee innovation while staying closely connected to consumers and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy multi‑year brand strategies for the three regional brands, aligning with business priorities and delivering sustainable growth.
• Identify growth opportunities, translate them into actionable market initiatives and ensure disciplined execution.
• Lead category‑building activities by spotting white spaces, unmet needs and new consumption occasions, adapting strategies to local markets.
• Strengthen brand equity through clear positioning, communication priorities and superior product, activation and consumer experience.
• Champion consumer‑centric decision making using robust shopper and market insights.
• Support innovation pipelines, launch new products and ensure successful go‑to‑market execution.
• Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain and agency partners to align cross‑functional efforts.
• Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness and ROI, managing annual A&P budget responsibly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG or food categories.
• Proven success managing regional or multi‑market brands across diverse geographies.
• Experience in dairy, food or consumer goods sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel frequently across the NM&E cluster and fluency in English; Arabic or French a plus.
