Senior Business Developer

About the role

Determinds, a technology solutions provider, is expanding across Egypt and the GCC. We are seeking an ambitious Senior Business Developer to grow our client portfolio, drive new revenue streams, and manage the full sales cycle for software and digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Egypt and GCC markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and executive stakeholders.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define solution scope and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations, and Statements of Work.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Represent Determinds at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in software development, IT, digital transformation, FinTech, HealthTech or enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of closing medium to large‑value contracts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Existing professional network in Egypt and/or GCC markets.
• Preferably a resident of Cairo.
