Senior Design Center Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Design Center Manager to lead the development and execution of visual communication across digital, social, outdoor, and integrated marketing channels. The role focuses on maintaining brand consistency while delivering innovative design solutions that boost audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution for digital, social media, outdoor advertising, campaigns, and branded content.
• Ensure brand identity, visual language, and creative standards are consistent across all touchpoints.
• Oversee design and production of marketing assets that support business and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, media, and brand teams to craft impactful creative concepts.
• Drive consumer‑centric design solutions informed by market trends and emerging practices.
• Provide direction on digital‑first creative execution, including platform‑specific content.
• Manage and mentor internal designers and external agencies to guarantee high‑quality output.
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends, technology, and creative innovations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and operational efficiency goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in creative design, brand design, art direction, or integrated marketing communications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, and integrated channels.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and consumer‑centric design.
• Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives.
