Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Developer Experience (DevX) team. You will bridge development, testing, and operations, ensuring our communication platform runs reliably and scales efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines (DroneCI, Argo CD, Bitbucket pipelines).
• Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate day‑to‑day operations with Python scripts and manage container workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain configuration management using Ansible and monitor systems with the Elastic Stack.
• Troubleshoot integration and operational issues, ensuring 24x7x365 availability of messaging, voice, and email gateways.
• Document infrastructure, monitor jobs, and collaborate with offshore teams and partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a professional or enterprise DevOps role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Proven ability to work across development, testing, and operations teams.
