Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth for our real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, covering online, offline and on‑ground activations.
• Lead planning and execution of 360° marketing strategies, managing budgets to ensure measurable ROI.
• Oversee creative direction, media planning and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales, PR, design and digital teams to integrate initiatives seamlessly.
• Analyse performance data, provide actionable recommendations and optimise campaigns.
• Maintain and grow relationships with agencies, media partners and external vendors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage multiple holding accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate.
• Proven track record in executing online and offline 360° campaigns.
• Strong understanding of media planning, branding and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Mass Communication a plus.
• Relevant marketing diplomas or certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management abilities.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset.
