Senior Education Advisor – MENA

About the role

Cambridge Partnership for Education is seeking a Senior Education Advisor to lead the identification, shaping and securing of education reform opportunities across the MENA region. You will work closely with ministries of education, international development partners and internal teams to design high‑impact solutions that improve educational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ministries of education and key regional stakeholders.
• Develop and qualify a robust pipeline of education reform opportunities.
• Provide regional insight and education expertise to inform solution design and bid development.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Delivery and Corporate Services teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Support the transition from contract award to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in education reform, policy or consultancy within the MENA region.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insight into viable proposals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, collaborating both on‑site and remotely.
