Senior Equities & Fixed Income Subscription Receiving Specialist

About the role

The Senior Equities/Fixed Income Subscription Receiving Specialist will lead end‑to‑end execution of subscription transactions for listed and unlisted equities, fixed‑income issuances and closed‑end funds. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance and timely processing while supporting the bank’s activities as an authorized receiving bank.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of subscription transactions across equities, fixed income and closed‑end funds.
• Execute subscription receiving activities with high accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
• Monitor capital‑market activity to identify participation opportunities such as IPOs, rights issues, DCM issuances and other offerings.
• Coordinate with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards throughout the subscription process.
• Liaise with external regulators and market infrastructure entities (e.g., FRA, GAFI, CBE, MCDR) to facilitate activities.
• Support implementation, testing and continuous improvement of subscription systems in partnership with the Investment Product Implementation team.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure clear segregation of responsibilities across execution, investment decision‑making and client servicing.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, risk controls and customer experience.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in capital markets, banking, brokerage or custody environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IPOs, rights issues, private placements and other primary‑market transactions.
• Strong understanding of capital‑market products, issuance processes and subscription life‑cycles.
• In‑depth regulatory knowledge and a solid network within investor‑relations and market participants.
• Experience participating in large‑scale subscription transactions and in system implementation or digital transformation projects.
