Senior Field Sales Engineer – End Users & Strategic Customers

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Field Sales Engineer to lead end‑user and strategic customer engagements in the building segment across Egypt. The role combines consultative selling with technical expertise to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets within the building segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, developers and other key stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Understand customer needs and project requirements, and propose value‑added solutions.
• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts to ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor project pipelines from early design through completion.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and technical teams to maximise project success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in processing automation and motion.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel across all territories in Egypt.
• Proven problem‑solving skills within established sales processes.
