Senior Finance Associate

About the role

Guillam is looking for a Senior Finance Associate to work closely with the Head of Finance. The role supports financial strategy, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision‑making through modelling, business case development and scenario analysis.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, highlighting performance, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on strategic initiatives, projects and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Conduct variance, sensitivity and scenario analyses to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support working capital management through cash‑flow analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or similar roles.
• High level of English fluency and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical, organisational and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Financial modelling techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with accounting and financial systems.
