Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the Finance function for the Country Management vertical in Egypt, working closely with the Managing Director and finance heads across the Group. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision‑making within a leading luxury retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Monitor and control the department’s annual budget, ensuring optimal expenditure.
• Lead the preparation, consolidation and analysis of monthly management reports for all business units, highlighting key financial indicators and variances.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with business unit leaders.
• Coach, mentor and develop a team of finance professionals across multiple business units.
• Coordinate with HR to deliver training programs and track staff progress toward finance qualifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate finance teams.
• Experience working in a retail or luxury goods context is a plus.
