Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist will shape the organization’s financial strategy by building advanced models, delivering strategic insights, and supporting high‑impact decisions across business units. This position requires strong analytical abilities, cross‑functional collaboration, and the capacity to turn complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic planning, investment decisions, and valuation analyses (DCF, IRR, payback).
• Conduct profitability, CAPEX performance, and KPI analyses across multiple business units.
• Align financial strategies with corporate objectives through close collaboration with functional teams.
• Prepare and present insights via dashboards, presentations, and data visualisations for senior leaders.
• Manage budgeting, monthly reporting, performance reviews, and rolling forecasts.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, including strategic planning and senior‑level reporting.
• Proven ability to own projects, think critically, and communicate findings clearly.
