Senior Finishing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finishing Engineer to lead and coordinate all interior and exterior finishing activities on our construction sites. The role involves planning, supervising, and ensuring quality compliance across a wide range of finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly finishing tasks including block work, plastering, false ceilings, gypsum walls, painting, tiling, marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.
• Inspect and verify the quality of received materials, generate quality reports and manage defect rectification.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, standards and drawings; conduct inspections and tests as per approved plans.
• Supervise General Foremen, allocate work areas and monitor efficient material usage to minimise waste.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, monitor their performance and certify their payment certificates.
• Follow approved method statements and oversee proper storage of materials.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate, preferably in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in structural and finishing works, including jumping systems, slip forms, peri‑formworks and BBS checking.
• Proven track record in supervising and coordinating multi‑discipline construction projects.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
