Senior Frontend Developer – React & Magento 2

About the role

Revton is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Magento 2 to join its growing technology team in Cairo. You will create scalable, high‑performance eCommerce experiences and collaborate closely with backend and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js or related frameworks.
• Customize Magento 2 frontend, including themes, layouts, templates, and UI components.
• Build responsive, optimized eCommerce interfaces.
• Integrate frontend components with Magento APIs and backend services.
• Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers to deliver clean, stable solutions.
• Review code and mentor other frontend team members.
• Troubleshoot cross‑browser and device issues.
• Follow best practices for code quality, structure, and maintainability.

Required profile

• Strong experience with React.js.
• Proven Magento 2 frontend development background.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS.
• Experience with Magento 2 themes, layouts, blocks, templates, Knockout.js, and UI components.
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Git and modern frontend workflows.
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable code.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
